I hate it; I give it back to Revain. I can't transfer playlists from Windows Media Player without first moving all the song files to the same folder. because it doesn't recognize .wpl files, only .m3u files. The time commitment is unacceptable. Also, it doesn't indicate which part of the audiobook I'm listening to, nor does it list them in the correct order. So when I'm done with the second part, it will randomly return to the first part. The fast forward and rewind buttons are very sensitive and will take you too far back for a split second. SO I touched rewind for the shortest amount of time, so I jumped to the third part. Sandisk had a great product, the Sansa Clip, which they discontinued to my dismay and confusion. It can handle .wpl files; Simply drag and drop your Windows Media Player files to the Sync tab and sync. It's just quick and easy. Why they abandoned this product and introduced this one I will never understand. They also removed the voice recording feature that resides in the clip. Bad move by a company I like. i love clip I guess I'll have to use the deducted return shipping refund to pay a third of the Clip 8GB Disco price; because I would rather spend more money to get a product I know, love and trust than have this POS in my possession one minute longer.
