Nice transport box BUT!

I don't know if I just got a lemon or something, there were no instructions and there was no way to adjust the strap on mine. Also, I wanted it to sit over the left shoulder, but how does that work? The zipper work on mine the pup looked back where I couldn't see and also the spot where I had to put my phone took both hands to fit in the mesh pocket because it was so small I had to take my phone out of my case to fit. The stretcher is really well made and would be perfect if these issues were addressed.
