Safe and Quality Material

This is a high quality material that is safe for your pet. It has a safety mount for a collar or harness, whatever it may be, and it will hold them in place. He didn't want to go out for my little guy. I took it with me and my hands were free to do what I needed to do and it didn't squirm at all. I was amazed and it is neither heavy nor clunky. I would recommend it to anyone who has furrbabies.

Nice transport box BUT!

I don't know if I just got a lemon or something, there were no instructions and there was no way to adjust the strap on mine. Also, I wanted it to sit over the left shoulder, but how does that work? The zipper work on mine the pup looked back where I couldn't see and also the spot where I had to put my phone took both hands to fit in the mesh pocket because it was so small I had to take my phone out of my case to fit. The stretcher is really well made and would be perfect if these issues were…

The harness is not adjustable enough

We bought this carrier for our elderly dog who can no longer walk. We wanted something that we could use for our trip to the beach and our daily walks so she could enjoy our time together outdoors. The supporting part was ok and it fit perfectly. She weighs about 11 pounds and has long legs/body. The problem we had with the stretcher was that the straps didn't adjust enough to shorten them so that the stretcher sat on our torso.
