Review on Silicone Intercooler Hoses for Subaru Impreza WRX 2001-2005 Red - Mishimoto MMHOSE-SUB-INTRD by Christopher Kumar

Great product but wish it had more sizing info. I have a 2002 WRX with a TurboXS intercooler and a Blouch 18G XT Turbo and was looking for this kit to replace some worn out hoses and complement other blue Mishimoto hoses that have been installed and have worked very well over time. I had to return the product as several hoses were not suitable for my application. Please note that I have not opened the clamps or checked for dimensions or quality, but other reviewers have complained about this. Before returning, I took some measurements in hopes that this might help other consumers before purchasing. Throttle body to IC connector: 2 3/4" 2" ID L. The connector replaced was 2 3/4" 3" LBOV. to turbocharger inlet: BOV-side 1 1/4 inch ID. On the turbocharger inlet pipe side, the inner diameter is 1 inch. and an overall length of 12 to 13 inches. The inside diameter seems accurate for both sides, but the overall length was felt to be a bit short. Y-Tube IC: IC Connectors (2) 1 7/8" ID. Turbo 1 3/4" ID. Overall length was not measured but it seemed to work. Due to the larger turbine, the 1 3/4" ID was too small for my application.
