I like that this software has so much customization to make it fit your business needs as well! The customer service team are awesome too - they always respond quickly when you need them most!! Nothing at all really comes across in terms of dislikes about using diplomacy.

It's an easy system to use once familiarised yourself wtih how everything works (which can be quite simple). We're solving many problems within my organisation by implementing diplomatic solutions into daily processes such as tracking orders/invoices etc., we have now been able solve some issues where previously there was no resolution or time taken away from other more important tasks being completed firstly ensuring better productivity through automation & efficiency gains achieved via these tools.
