Love their products, fantastic support and great success with implementation

I like that this software has so much customization to make it fit your business needs as well! The customer service team are awesome too - they always respond quickly when you need them most!! Nothing at all really comes across in terms of dislikes about using diplomacy. It's an easy system to use once familiarised yourself wtih how everything works (which can be quite simple). We're solving many problems within my organisation by implementing diplomatic solutions into daily processes such as

  • Easy way for organisations large, small alike
  • Can work with multiple different devices easily without any issue due its versatility.
  • Lots o flexibility built up wth user controls which makes administration very enjoyable also great fun :)

  • Some limitations around what functionality is available if wanting certain things
