Solved Nissan P1320 Code

Tried to diagnose why my 1995 Maxima disappeared at idle and jerked under load. I got code P1320 which points to the ignition circuit. I replaced the crankshaft sensors and ignition capacitor, which didn't solve the problem. So I bought this kit to see if it could fix the problem. The instructions were a little flimsy, but here is the order I followed: 1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the coil.2. Unscrew the spool and pull it out of the cylinder.3. Insert the thin end of the orange hose into the recessed spark plug.4. Insert the end of the test lamp into the remote coil.5. Insert the orange male connector with brass fitting into the ribbed end of the hose.6. Reconnect the electrical connector to the coil that will be on top.7. Start the engine and check for a constant orange spark pulsing.8. Replace the coils and test them all the same way, one at a time. For me, the results became clear as soon as I tested #5, which produced only a barely noticeable spark. Replacing the coil with a new one solved the problem immediately. So for $20 this kit was a good investment.
