So I've been using it for a few months and have had a lot of doctor visits to compare weights. Overall, this works well, but if you place it on an uneven spot on the floor, or if you tend to look down when you weigh it, you'll lose up to 10 pounds of actual weight. I found I had to stand up straight and look ahead and then guess when to look down (when it was done). There's no beep to indicate it's done, which would be helpful. Anyway, if I suddenly notice a huge loss, I'll double-check where it's standing on the floor and line it up again with a specific tile, and then it'll work better again.
