I like that you can use it for any type of business transaction whether in person, over the phone or via email. You cannot do anything with it other than read what is there but if you are looking for something more secure then I would look at another program as this one has very little security measures built into it. We were able to keep customer information private while still being available for them when they needed us by using lightservice's Virtual Data Room (VDR). This helped our customers feel comfortable knowing their documents could be accessed without having physical access to an office location which saved time and money! The best thing is that you can use this software without installing any software on your computer. You can access it from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. The only thing I don't like about this software is that not all of them has this feature. But if you are looking for such type of software then go with Lightserve. We are solving our customers confidentiality issues by using this software.
