I really like these sponges. I've been using them for a couple of weeks and just ordered more to have on hand when it's time to replace them. I have changed my skin care routine and use Beauty by Earth products almost exclusively. are just a part of my skincare routine, so my good results may not be due to sponges alone. This is my main routine: I use a white sponge with my regular Beauty by Earth facial cleanser twice almost every day. I use the black once or twice a week with the same cleanser and the Beauty by Earth face scrub just with my fingers a few times a week. I use a toner on a cotton pad twice a day, then apply an oil-controlling moisturizer morning and night. These sponges are perfect for me. I like that the sponge allows you to use very little product and gives great lather. I wash my face, neck and shoulders thoroughly with a pea-sized amount. My skin feels very clean and fresh after washing. I can't tell if this was the case with my previous benzoyl peroxide cleanser. Aha! When I use the toner after cleaning, the cotton pad always looks very clean. I have very, very oily, acne-prone skin and have had major problems with blackheads and enlarged pores for the past few years. My skin always looks rough and I hate not looking clean and fresh. I can't say my skin has undergone an absolutely miraculous transformation, but here's what I can say: - My skin is clearer - My skin looks more radiant and healthy - My skin is a little less oily than usual I love it. I'll take what I can get!) -Extractions are much easier and gentler -My pores are getting better My acne hasn't gone away but I feel like my face is about to have a major detox since all the crap in my pores is finally there is gone clean. I love all of the products I've bought from Beauty by Earth, but I think they might be less effective without the sponges.
