This was my second back posture corrector and it really helped! The first one I bought was so uncomfortable that I finally settled on this one. It seems to support my back and neck which is exactly where I needed it most after my many neck and back surgeries which my doctor has also offered. I wear it for up to 10 minutes at a time, and with each day that I use it more, I never knew how bad my posture was until I took it off. It might not work for everyone but this one seems to be one of the best at a decent price and with the support I needed.
