We love to cook. But the problem is that we've been dealing with the "junk box" of spices for almost a decade. Attached photo"after". Alphabetical order, space for everything. Great for my OCD. Something you need to be VERY careful about is making sure your jars are fully washed and dried. I washed mine at 12pm and at 4pm there was still some water in it. If in doubt, use paper towels. It is to be feared that the plastic parts of the shaker are definitely very cheap. I've had at least a few clicks and the "pouring" part no longer closes. We don't care because some of them we don't need and others are more important (salt, pepper, etc.). The glass and metal countertops are pretty good though, so overall we're very happy with our purchase.
