If you're looking for a basic, standard assembly cart that won't break the bank, sounds good, and has a good supply of 33/45 and 78 needles, you can't go wrong with this one old Sanyo/Fisher cartridge. It's been made for ages, and the factories that make it make thousands of them - it's easy, it's good, and it doesn't ruin anything. It competes with Audio Technica cars in the same price range and performs very well with them. Sound quality is subjective, but while most will admit they're comparable, many feel better. There's nothing wrong. Definitely beats its class.
