A bit fiddly, but now it works great!
Bought to use with my 2020 16" MacBook Pro. It took a while for it to recognize my dock and external monitor. The only problem I'm having right now is getting my Can't let computer sleep. In fact it overheats and turns itself off. I know it's a computer problem, not the dock's fault. It's just uncomfortable. Beside. All connections seem to be working. It helps the USB Increase capacity and my Dell monitor is doing a great job!
