Great solution For Our Contact Center Needs

I like that it has all of my field sales information in one place so if someone calls me or emails with questions about an account i can easily find answers without having to search through several different platforms / databases for specific info! The customer service is also great when we do need help they are able solve problems quickly & efficiently as well!! Nothing at this time but overall its been very good working wiht them. Take your business seriously by solving any issues you have now because once custell gets their hands into something there's usually no going back. ! Make sure u understand what features exactly cussell offers before signing up/contracting out otherwise things could go wrong. !! There were some early hiccups after getting started which was confusing however since then everything seems ok!! Overall happy experience. . !! Customer support from beginning till end really helped us get past those initial learning curve bumps! It allows our team members who may not be technical savvy access data regarding each contact person (including The tool is easy to use and provides all the information needed to make informed decisions. The customer support from the Custella team is top notch. The tool is available in multiple languages so it is easy to use from anywhere in the world. The reporting tools are not as good as other tools in the market. I recommend the tool to anyone looking for a Field Service tool. We are solving our customer service issues by using the tool. The customers are able to manage their field service requests easily.
