Review on Sharp Microwaves ZSMC0710BB Sharp 700W Countertop Microwave Oven, 0.7 Cubic Foot, Black by Mdl Thurston

This microwave, purchased less than 2 years ago, is such a disappointment! Within a couple months of purchase the finish on the interior bottom began cracking and chipping away, and a discolored patch appeared on the interior microwave emitter panel that got bigger and bigger with time until eventually, last week, it emitted a small but fierce "lightening storm"---and died. I chose Sharp solely on its reputation, which seems to have been a mistake. I'm giving it 2 stars rather than 1 because in spite of all this the microwave worked, and the digital touch pad was terrific. However, as a senior getting by on social security I need a microwave to last longer, especially since it's only used for occasional light duty. I'll attach photos if possible.
