Comfortable to wear in hand or wrist. I run 5 to 9 miles a day and it stays comfortable. I usually wear it on my wrist because I can text without removing the strap. Definitely a good dryer. My sweat and rain never got inside. My only complaint is having to remove the box around my Samsung Note 5. Just make sure you have a good wireless headset if you want to listen to music because as it's a dry bag it doesn't have a hole for the headphone cable. plug in.
