There is no trick here β FINALLY real pajamas made from 100% cotton, excellent material and processing quality. I am a 5ft 7in female, 180lbs and bought a size XL. The sleeves are a bit longer, but since they have soft ribbed cuffs, no problem. I recommend, you will not regret the purchase.
