Great sound but the right earbud died in less than 4 months

I really liked these headphones. The sound quality is amazing, better than many other headphones that are 2 or 3 times the price. And they're so comfortable - light weight and never fall off. That's right, my right earpiece died a few days ago. So I thought maybe he needs a recharge. So I left him overnight, still dead. Tried several other options, nothing helped. So is there a guarantee? Otherwise they deserve 5 stars for sound quality.
