When the ship arrived it was a lot bigger than I expected which is great. My son fell in love immediately. But "they can hoist the sails by pushing the ship forward - the fins move up and down so it looks like it's floating!" It's not like that at all. Unfortunately I can't return and exchange it or my son will be hysterical forever. So we have a good ship for the most part and for the price I expect everything to work. Could have been a great product but didn't live up to the hype in the end. Update, 5 minutes later I find that the red projectiles are not all working. I had to persuade my son to return it. he is very upset
