Bought this marker for my daughter because she loves Winsor & Newton markers and needs the brown shades. When we opened the package and removed the lid, the marker was broken. It also doesn't have the Winsor & Newton branding like all of their other new markers. This item is of course non-returnable. This is what I get for being an idiot and buying a third party marker on Revain.
