Good for lead-free soldering

I have recently started soldering, but due to the dangers of lead I have used lead-free solder as a precaution. The unfortunate aspect of this is that I had to maintain fairly high temperatures in order for the solder to actually flow. I have a cordless soldering iron that works pretty well, but it tends to run out halfway through my projects as I'm still grappling with things and can solder for over an hour at times. This soldering iron was a welcome relief to my setup as I now use it instead of WiFi and I don't worry about the battery dying halfway through. The device comes with some useful tips and there is also a stand to conveniently place the iron on. I can reach the lead-free soldering temperature and it is held well while soldering. Flow is good and I haven't had any issues with temperature drops when soldering large lines that require a lot more (power, etc.). The only downside to this station is that it didn't come with a sponge, although it was visible in the product images. The sponges are pretty cheap so it's not a big deal but the black sponge in the picture looked pretty good and I couldn't easily find a replacement so I went with the regular yellow sponge. Not much, but I'm not sure why they wouldn't just include one since it's cheap and otherwise the station is basically ready to go. In terms of looks, it looks neat and I like the switch placement on the top. It works well with a long wire, so I'm not worried about going too small or placing anything. The soldering iron plugs into the power base and then has a screw on the component to hold it in place so you don't have to worry about pulling it out either. I recommend it as it works well for my needs. .
