This shirt gets so far into your armpits it's unreal. It cuts them half off. It cuts off circulation to my arms, but just on the bottom. It's not really too small, the end of the sleeves are still loose enough, but the armpits. something horrible happens there.It doesn't stretch out much and the fabric is nice and decently thick. Overall, good shirt. As long as you don't mind getting an arm pit wedgie
