I love that there are so many options of genres you can listen too! What was great about it before is now even better as they have added more choices like country, classical or rock depending where your business may be at any given time in their day/week etc.).

It's easy enough if someone new comes onboard but also has some good training material available online with videos which helps ease them through how things work - especially when using Zoom (as we do). There aren't really anything bad thing i dislike yet since everything works well here and what little problems come up get resolved quickly by support team who seems very helpful overall!! Sometimes our audio quality drops out while listening over zoom during meetings; however once identified issue gets corrected within minutes without us having issues hearing each other again afterwards :).
