What size is it? - Cleaning Tools

I ordered this on the assumption (the description doesn't make sense to a US buyer) that I could find a rod that would be compatible with the thread (which was supposed to be metric seems) . The proposed poles (several) also have no intelligible meaning. I doubt I can return it but I will try.
