I can't be the only person with a Toto toilet that does NOT have a model/style on the inside of the flush tank. But since I couldn't figure out what kind of toilet I have, I ordered this lever and the one with the curve, thinking one of them would fit. This one arrived first and from the diagram (see photo) I could tell it was the right one. This is a quality replacement and the handle and lever are metal which feels solid. (In a previous attempt to repair a toilet, my husband installed a Korky "Universal" replacement arm from a large store; it was mostly plastic and did not raise the damper enough to flush the toilet.) The installation was complete very easy and my toilet flushes completely again. Highly recommended.
