Review on Astromania 1 25 Plossl Telescope Eyepiece by Marco Hubbard

This 6mm eyepiece comes in handy when viewing lunar detail. I thought a 6mm eyepiece would have an incredibly small hole to look through, but to my surprise I was able to see a lot of detail as my vision is far from 20/20. I would suggest using it without the Barlow lens as the magnification makes it almost impossible to see an object with such a small eyepiece. You can also attach a moon filter to the bottom. I would recommend a $20 or $30 color filter set. From experience I can say that they work better than a single lunar filter or a polarizing filter and are cheaper. They can also be combined to meet your own color preferences. For best results, turn off the lights and let your eyes get used to it.
