Edit: I am pleased to report that the customer service is GREAT! The company contacted me personally after my initial review and asked if I would like to try a different size. Of course I said yes. I asked for two sizes smaller than what I originally ordered. Shoes arrived quickly and fit perfectly! You are so comfortable. The company stayed in touch with me throughout the process. There are so many different water boots and I was confused about this one. If you are also unsure about which shoes to buy, I strongly encourage you to try them on. I recommend women to order two sizes smaller than their original size. EX. I ordered 8-8.5 for women / 7.5-8 for men. One size smaller: 7.5-8 for women / 7-7.5 for men. Two sizes smaller - 7-7.5 for women / 6.5-7 for men (replaced my original ones with these and they are perfect.)
