Loved this dress, wore it in November, and although it isn't thick material i wasn't cold, the sleeves are a nice length, to hide the bingo wings, I'm a size 44 inch bust and got the large, there is no room up top, it just fits, but if i would have gone extra large i think it would have been to big round the waist, like i said really comfy dress and will be great for winter or summer
