It's good for my needs but not the best by a long shot!

I bought these to fit some GE lightbulbs that I didn't have enough for my tree. They were fine and matched fairly well, but did flicker. Not with the naked eye, but try filming it and WOW! Shimmering City! GE lamps - no, but these definitely are. You can see where I started using them in the picture. But I take it easy. A set of two has been found to be usable. The other device flickered even more, and several light bulbs were out. At least it's ok for this year, but I wouldn't recommend it. They look cheap and crappy. Poorly made.

Pros

SAFE AND VERSATILE. These fairy lights have a replaceable fuse plug that prevents overloading and cold bulbs. These Philips lamps have passed strict UL safety tests. Use these winter lights to decorate and illuminate any space indoors or outdoors - from windows to trees, fences and more!
