Three full levels! We took him to the zoo for our 3 and 23 month olds (we bought two). For a hot zoo with 85° weather our boys were nice and cool to prevent overheating. It had excellent noise levels and added some white noise to our child. Because it is made without blades, it is safe for children's hands, the blades no longer need to be stopped! I love that it wraps around the stroller handle without our little one having to take it off and play with it.
