Love these gloves. They keep me warm, keep the wind out, hold up well, definitely not a work glove (too bulky) but perfect for keeping out the chill while driving, walking or outdoors. You don't let water through easily when you soak in water, after all the water finds its way into the shower! but your hand doesn't get wet or cold just because your glove gets wet, and that's amazing. I still have my first pair, 5 years of really tough conditions, heavy use, and they still go, I still use them and they look like new except for the "nose wiper" fabric over the thumb which a little faded (which I think took a lot longer than I could have imagined). I used them all the time (about 5 months of frost in winter, of course). I bought several to give away to family members.
