Review on Honeywell Ceiling Fans 50183 Glen Alden Bronze Ceiling Fan: Efficient & Stylish Cooling Solution by Marco Maurer

Oil bronze 4 flames

I replaced an old fan that worked fine but with three smaller bulbs hidden behind the bowl. Changing lightbulbs has always been difficult, and the shell blocked some of the light. So when I got the Honey Well I opted for the standard 4 open bulb ones. They are MUCH easier to swap out and my room is twice as bright as before. Installation was pretty easy. Removing my old fan was a bit tricky as I didn't have instructions, but installing the new one went smoothly. I love how the blades attach without having to be screwed. I would suggest having magnetized screwdrivers as you will need to use one hand to hold the parts in place by twisting them together over your head. My house is older and the lights aren't grounded, so the green wire wasn't grounded. t is used by my old fan. I just put the new fan aside and don't worry. In terms of performance, the fan is absolutely quiet at all 4 speeds, does not vibrate and you have to use the small balancing weights supplied. Installation took just over an hour, including unpacking time. The effort was absolutely worth it and I am very satisfied with it.
