I was looking for a portable monitor that could increase my productivity while traveling. I found this cheap, decent quality monitor to be so light and thin that it's easy to carry around in a backpack. It comes with its own sleeve that folds up like an iPad stand, but I prefer sitting on my laptop screen. Very bright, no retina display, but does the job. It has its own power supply, or you can power it from your laptop via USB-C. 3 hours on my laptop battery, from 100% to 18%. And I love that my MBP doesn't get hot like it does when I plug in an ultra-wide monitor that's sitting on my desk. I've been using it for a week, I'll update later, I hope it's enough.
