I'm updating my original 1 star rating below to reflect a few things. 1. The seller is wonderful. When I contacted them about a return they responded quickly, apologized for the issues and offered a big discount instead of a refund as returning it would be more than credit. I decided to keep the product and take advantage of the discount. 2. I wore it all winter in Charleston and lent it to a couple of friends when they just wanted to try it. Not only do I get a lot of compliments and "Oh! I want one!" It's incredibly soft and warm! It even kept my poor mother warm during a visit to the hospital when ambulance blankets couldn't. I maintain my concerns about the overall cut and tailoring of the jacket, but I... think people say it's flattering fun and comfortable I'm tempted to order more as a gift just to make friends and family happy and cozy than a robe or just to be seen as a cool fluffy outer layer The product that arrived is is fluffy and oversized but sewn in such a way that it will never fit as a coat or robe.The back panel is too narrow so the pockets uncomfortably lag behind normal pockets.The sorting stands up and down in all directions no matter how shoved and pushed .The worst thing is the bottom seam of the coat.If you look at the photos you can see the hem is quite shrinking.I wanted that so it works as a cozy thing to run to the store or pick up the kids. Unfortunately, the design made this impossible.
