I am 5ft 10" and 166lbs. I ordered a large one. My waist Reference: I wear jeans in size 32. The material of the shirt is light and feels exceptionally soft. The colors are beautiful. I have the teal, royal blue, and neon blue versions of this shirt and they are very bright and eye-catching.
