Item received well packaged and fairly easy to install. However, every time I printed the maps, they appeared blurry. The test card that came with the printer was sharp, but I couldn't reproduce that quality when printing. I contacted the manufacturer who gave me troubleshooting tips but nothing helped. I even sent the printer back to the manufacturer, "fixed" and returned it to myself only to find that the printer continues to print blurry text and photos. Looks like I'll have to buy an even more expensive ID card printer as it doesn't produce quality cards.
