Well I got my things on Christmas Eve, my daughter opened the gift on the way to church, I put the necklace on her and it was there 45 minutes later. At her grandparents' house she noticed the chain was no longer around her neck and when we got out of the car her chain was at the hem of her shirt which she tucked inside. She eventually lost her diamond cross, which was also on it. I don't understand how the chain broke. Even if my daughter pulled the chain she would break the clasp, am I correct in this scenario?
