I wouldn't expect them to keep you warm if you live in the 0-10°F region, but in normal cold weather, 20-49°F, they will keep you very warm . The gloves are thick and comfortable. While some gloves are only knitted on the outside and inside so you can practically feel the wind blowing through them making them useless as gloves, these amazing gloves have a nice, thick, soft, felt-like material on the inside that keeps you pretty insulated . I know the description says it's "wool lining" but I've experienced itchy, scratchy fur and luckily it's not. All of the touch tips on both of my gloves worked well, although because of the fairly wide and flat tip shape, I sometimes had to tilt my finger so that the touch material touched the phone like a "natural" touch. didn't always work. I couldn't find any flaws in the seams on the inside or outside of the glove - other than a slight stretch in the webbing between the thumb and forefinger. I could see this becoming an issue with overuse but these gloves appear to be of good quality. Great gloves for the price! I am very happy with it and will definitely buy it again :)
