Good light for the money
Bright light with my 29 gallon tank. I think you can get away with a 24" instead of the 30" I bought. This is bad for performance, however, and the moonlight feature at night is an added bonus. I have a timer on the timer so I have to remember to change it from day to night but that's a minor inconvenience. I've only had it a few days so can't confirm longevity, but by a third, given the price of the multimode and remote models, they seem worth the money.
