I ordered them as standard for ear masks, they irritate my ears as I already have hearing aids and glasses. Another thing on the back made my ears hurt and very uncomfortable. I would suggest getting a spring lock so you don't have to tie them together as long hair is difficult to avoid getting tangled in. Also, be sure to check out the included illustration as it will show you how to wear it correctly. I would turn them upside down if I didn't have it. Fits and is well made.
