Review on 🐱 Purina Friskies Dry Cat Food, Surfin' and Turfin' Favorites - Pack of 4, 3.15 lb. Bags by Anthony Chacon

I have mixed feelings about this food. My cats LOVE it more than any cat treat so I gave them a little as a treat every night while most of their diet consisted of other healthier dry cat food. Both of my cats started shedding hair almost daily for 2 months due to over grooming/itching, coughing and vomiting. After I stopped friskiing, ALL the symptoms were gone within a few days. I can't say all cats will be allergic/intolerant to the cheap ingredients in this food and I don't even know which ingredient is the culprit, but my 2 unrelated cats definitely can't eat it. I wish I could give them what they want. This food is almost addictive, after I stopped feeding my cats my very well behaved kitten somehow walked into the pantry, knocked the bag off the second shelf and ripped up the bottom to eat. then it itched all night. They don't like most cat treats, but they eat grain-free kitty treats, so they might taste like freaks. As for the price. So the hundreds I've spent on vet bills trying to figure out why they were sick aren't very valuable to me.
