Not suitable for movies

*standing on soap dish* When I first booted up this monitor I smiled and knew I wanted 2x 32 inch displays. Not sure if I'll buy another one or wait for 4k @144hz to drop in price. Great monitor if you use a lot of Excel or multi-page documents. I use a Displayport with a 1070 Ti and the only real downsides I had were the lack of modern 4k features like HDR, 4k upscaling or blur/judder reduction. Some games may require you to adjust full screen settings if you run them at a resolution other than your desktop resolution. 60Hz is a bit of a noise as you'll notice more artifacts in fast-paced games, but it's generally acceptable. The speakers leave a little to be desired, but are still good if you're in a cramped office. The HDMI port transmits sound, so you'll probably only be able to test it once. Those nice Nvidia audio drivers, however, reside on rear-mounted/down-firing stereo speakers. Overall I got what I expected and buyers have no regrets. I will definitely consider purchasing other LG products pending the lifespan of this display. I was a Samsung fan because they last forever on wall mounts and hopefully LG can live up to that standard. Some people seem to have issues with bleeding and false black levels, I would recommend trying a display port cable or getting a new HDMI cable that is 4k at 60Hz. For precise work, the quality of the cable is of the utmost importance.
