Note a tiny nail is included so don't lose it like I almost did. Nowhere on the product page is the tiny nail mentioned, only the plate hanger itself. I've never used one of these but wanted to hang a new plate that a friend gave me. These things are difficult to stretch, especially for fear of rebounding or even breaking the pelvis itself, but I managed! Twice! Be careful when hanging the panel on the hook, you need to make sure the hook goes under the wire frame. At first I thought I had it there, but it was very unreliable so I had to examine the whole thing carefully to get it hooked up properly.
