All my other inflators are mains powered but compared to them the air output is about the same. I like the double click activated light for late night arrivals at camp. It's definitely better than manual inflation and makes the amount of stuff I have to carry to camp that much easier. The design is quite simple and can also be used as a deflator. There are adapters for almost every size of air injection port, including those on our raft and air mattress.
