i really like it However.
The reason for the lower rating is that the collar doesn't feel as secure when snapped on. Sometimes it just falls apart while my dog is using it. I can't get it out of my head or anything. The collar basically fails where you connect the loop and just falls apart. It needs a better locking/closing mechanism. If he scratches his neck like most dogs do, he will fly away. You just have to keep an eye on it. I hope they improve the design because otherwise it's great.
