Review on Reebok YourFlex Train Cross Training Sneaker Black by Rick Pickering

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good cross trainer that costs a fortune.

I wanted an all-round shoe for sports and outdoor activities and decided on this one. They are light, breathable, comfortable and have a really flexible sole. They are comfortable to walk on and offer good lateral support. I think this shoe would be good for gym, walking, cycling, jogging or casual wear. If you exercise regularly, I would recommend buying shoes specifically for that sport. However, if you're looking for a comfortable athletic shoe that you can wear to the grocery store or to a quick game, then this shoe should do the trick. The only thing I didn't like about these shoes initially was the tongue: it's not as soft as what I'm used to. I usually wear basketball or skate shoes with thickly padded tongues. I understand that most trainers or sneakers don't have thick tongue pads and it took me a few days to get used to them. never mind At first the shoes were a little tight in the forefoot, but after wearing them for a few days I didn't notice it anymore. This can be a problem if you have wide feet.
