Doesn't help with matted, colored hair!
This product was recommended to me by my salon stylist after bleaching my hair because I noticed my hair was very tangled after washing. It definitely made my hair softer and smelled nice, but the protein didn't help with my tangles. For the record, I have very long, fine hair (but lots of it) and have used this product every other wash for 4 months after coloring my hair and still had the same tangle issue. If you just want something to moisturize and soften your hair, this is great.
