The shine is very rich, but the rest is not. Disappointing as I really love matte eyeshadows. Very chalky and powdery with very little color release. When applied to the eyelids, it gets under the eyes immediately. The color was not made despite several coats hoping it would help with its opacity. It's not like this. The only good thing about this palette is the three glitters. The brushes are fine and work in a pinch. To be honest I wouldn't even recommend this for beginners it's so frustratingly bad.
