I bought this after looking through the FAQ in the reviews. I needed a case that would also fit the docking station. Joycons also lose their customization ability as they don't fit into a controller or other accessory. If I had known that, I would not have bought this case, I would have gotten another one with design and fewer details for a slightly cheaper price. If I was going to travel a lot with him, I'm sure this package would be great. Switching on and off to dock is cumbersome. And I figured I would break the hull or the joycons to get them out of the hull. Unfortunately, I mostly use it at home and just wanted protection from carrying it to my friends' houses a lot.
